These Terms govern your use of the MenuRank AI mobile app and this website (together, the "Service"), which are operated by Simerge LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

MenuRank AI scans restaurant menus and ranks dishes around preferences you provide. It is an informational convenience tool for food and menu guidance only. Features and availability may change over time.

2. Important safety disclaimer

All rankings and information in MenuRankAI are AI-generated estimates derived from menu text, and they can be incomplete or wrong. The Service is a convenience tool — not medical, dietary, nutritional, or health advice — and it does not guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen or ingredient. Before ordering or consuming any item, you are responsible for confirming ingredients, allergens, dietary restrictions, alcohol content, and suitability for your needs directly with restaurant staff. Do not rely on the Service for decisions affecting your health or safety, especially if you have a serious allergy, intolerance, or medical condition.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple under the App Store's terms, auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID settings. We do not process or store your payment-card details.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its underlying providers.
• Do not use the Service to violate the rights of restaurants or third parties.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, design, and software, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content except to use the Service as intended.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any reliance on rankings or estimates produced by the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law & contact
